  • What cleaning services do you offer?
    We provide various cleaning services, including residential, commercial, Airbnb cleaning, condo and apartment cleaning, moving and move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning. For a complete list, please check our Services page.
  • How do I book a cleaning service?
    You can book a cleaning service directly through our website by clicking the Book Now or Book Online button. You can fill out the form with your details, select the services you need, and choose your preferred date and time.
  • What are your service hours?
    We operate Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    It’s not necessary to be at home, but if you prefer to be present, please make sure you’re available within the scheduled arrival window. Alternatively, you can provide access instructions in advance.
  • How do I check if you provide services in my area?
    You can check service availability by entering your postal code on our booking page. Our services are available in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge areas (KWC, Ontario).
  • Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
    Yes, we guarantee your satisfaction! If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean the area at no extra cost.
  • Do you clean windows or mirrors?
    Yes, window cleaning services are available as an extra during the booking process. You can choose to have inside windows cleaned or other window treatments as needed.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    We accept credit card payments through our secure online booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or check payments except for subscription-based services.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time without a fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Can I customize my booking?
    Yes, you can customize your booking by adding extra services like inside fridge cleaning, organizing, laundry, and more. These can be selected during the booking process.
  • What discounts do you offer?
    We offer discounts for recurring cleaning services: Weekly Service: 20% off Bi-Weekly Service: 15% off Monthly Service: 10% off One-Time Service: Full price (no discount)
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we offer gift cards for cleaning services. They are available for purchase online and can be used towards any of our services. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You can buy them here.
  • Do I need to provide any parking arrangements?
    If there’s no free parking within a 1-block radius of your home, you will need to provide parking or cover parking fees. If no parking can be found or arranged within 15 minutes of our team's arrival, the appointment may be cancelled with a 25% cancellation fee.
  • What happens if you are running late?
    If our team is running late, you will be notified as soon as possible with an updated arrival time. We strive to maintain punctuality, but unforeseen delays can sometimes occur.
  • Do you offer same-day cleaning services?
    Same-day cleaning services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, but if you need a last-minute cleaning, please call or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I book recurring services?
    Yes, you can book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services. This option is available when you select the frequency of your service during the booking process.
  • How do I change or modify my booking?
    ou can log into your account on our website to modify the date, time, or type of cleaning required. If you encounter any issues, you can contact our support team at info@luv2clean.ca.
  • Are there any restrictions on the type of cleaning services you provide?
    We do not clean or remove blood, bodily fluids, fire or water damage, or mold. These require specialized services beyond our capabilities.
  • What if my house is not ready for cleaning?
    If the home is not ready for cleaning (e.g., cluttered or unorganized), you may be charged an additional fee for extra time required to complete the cleaning.
  • What if I need to add more services on the day of cleaning?
    If you wish to add more services after your booking, please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can allocate the necessary time and provide a quote for the added services.
  • Can I reschedule my cleaning if something comes up?
    Yes, you can reschedule your service with at least 24 hours' notice. Any rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
  • How do I know if my cleaning service has been booked?
    You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your booking is successfully processed. You will also have access to a customer portal where you can view and modify your bookings.
