Thank you for choosing Luv2Clean. By booking our cleaning services or using our website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Introduction
Luv2Clean is a cleaning company based in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge (KWC) regions of Ontario, Canada. We offer a wide range of services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, condo and apartment cleaning, moving and move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning. By using our website, booking our services, or interacting with our staff, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Luv2Clean through our website, booking system, and customer interactions.
2. Booking Services
2.1 Booking Methods
Clients may book cleaning services with Luv2Clean via the following methods:

Online Booking: Clients can directly book cleaning services through our website by using the "Book Now" or "Book Online" features. Upon booking, clients will be prompted to enter necessary payment details, and a booking confirmation will be sent to their email or SMS.

Quote Request: If clients prefer a custom quote, they can fill out a form specifying their cleaning requirements. A representative from Luv2Clean will contact the client within 24 hours to provide a tailored quote.
2.2 Extras and Discounts
Clients have the option to add additional services to their cleaning booking. These extras include, but are not limited to, cleaning inside the fridge, inside the oven, washing dishes, organizing, and wet wiping window blinds or shutters. Clients can select these extras during the booking process, and the applicable charges will be added to the final invoice.
Additionally, clients who opt for recurring services can enjoy the following discounts:

Weekly Service: Clients who schedule weekly cleanings will receive a 20% discount.

Bi-Weekly Service: Clients who schedule bi-weekly cleanings will receive a 15% discount.

Monthly Service: Clients who schedule monthly cleanings will receive a 10% discount.

One-Time Service: Clients who book a one-time cleaning service are required to pay the full amount without any discount.
2.3 Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed, an account will be created for the client, and they will be able to modify their booking details, such as the date and time, through the website.
2.4 Booking Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time without incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% fee.

No-shows or unnotified cancellations may incur a full charge for the service.
2.5 Availability
All services are subject to the availability of our providers and the operational hours of Luv2Clean, which are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
3. Providers and Cleaning Services
3.1 Provider Responsibilities
All Luv2Clean providers (employees) are fully trained, insured, and equipped with the necessary cleaning tools and materials for each job. Providers will arrive on-site to perform services based on the details provided by the client.

Providers must clock in upon arrival at the job site via our GPS-enabled system to ensure they are within a 200-meter proximity of the client's property.

Providers will clock out once the cleaning service is completed.

Providers are expected to provide professional, courteous service in compliance with company standards.
3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details about their cleaning requirements during the booking process.

Clients must ensure that the premises are accessible and free of hazards.

If pets are present, clients should notify Luv2Clean in advance, as certain cleaning practices may need adjustments.
3.3 Service Expectations

Services are typically performed by a team of two providers, unless otherwise specified.

Clients can expect high-quality, efficient service, but due to the nature of the work, Luv2Clean cannot guarantee perfection.
3.4 Additional Fees

If additional time is required beyond the initial booking, an additional fee will be charged based on hourly rates.

If special requests are made (e.g., cleaning of areas that require special tools), additional fees may apply.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Payment Terms

All payments for services will be deducted after service through our online booking system, which accepts major credit cards and other forms of payment approved by Luv2Clean.

If a booking is made via quote, payment must be completed after service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Refunds and Disputes

Luv2Clean strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund or service credit.

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered unless there is a proven failure to meet the agreed-upon standards.
5. Account and User Responsibilities
5.1 Creating an Account
Clients must create an account on our website to book services. The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Luv2Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
5.2 Security and Privacy

We take security seriously and implement measures to protect your personal data.

Luv2Clean will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Gift Cards and Referral Program
6.1 Gift Cards
Clients can purchase Luv2Clean gift cards, which can be used for cleaning services. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.2 Referral Program
Clients who refer a friend to Luv2Clean will receive a $30 bonus, and the referred friend will also receive a $30 bonus after completing their first booking. Both bonuses will be applied as a discount on future services.
7. Reviews and Feedback
Clients may leave feedback or reviews about the service received. Feedback is encouraged to improve service quality but must not contain inappropriate language or personal attacks. All reviews are subject to our moderation and will be posted in compliance with our review policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luv2Clean is not responsible for:

Any damage to property that is not a direct result of our cleaning services.

Delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Loss or theft of personal property during the cleaning service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we do not assume responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luv2Clean, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or any breach of these Terms of Service.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
Luv2Clean reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Ontario.
